We’re seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler professional with strong SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) experience to support a maintenance planning team through an upcoming transition/go-live period. This role is hands-on and focused on day-to-day SAP PM support, troubleshooting, and post-training reinforcement—helping planners build confidence, consistency, and speed in the system during early adoption. This work would require a temporary relocation for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, daily support to planners using SAP S/4HANA – Plant Maintenance (PM) during go-live and stabilization.
- Reinforce formal training by coaching users after training sessions (e.g., “how do I do that again?” support).
- Support the team with:
- Ensuring PMs schedule correctly
- PM creation and troubleshooting
- Day-to-day SAP navigation and execution of planning tasks
- Help standardize and optimize workflows by guiding users toward the most consistent “best way” to complete core tasks.
- Identify recurring issues, suggest practical solutions, and communicate progress/risks to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) in a maintenance planning context (must-have).
- Strong ability to provide calm, practical, consistent coaching to end users.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with accelerated training and change adoption.
- Experience supporting SAP go-live / hypercare / early adoption phases an asset but not required.
- Background in mining or other heavy industry (oil & gas, industrial operations, etc.) is an asset but not required.
