Aplin has partnered with our client in Edmonton to hire a Labor Relations Manager to join a major industrial construction project. This is an immediate-term opportunity through December 31, 2027, with the potential for extension based on project requirements.

Reporting to the Project Director and Construction Director, the Industrial Relations Manager will serve as the primary advisor on all labor and industrial relations matters. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with project leadership, contractors, unions, employees, and regulatory agencies while ensuring compliance with collective agreements, Project Labor Agreements (PLAs), labor legislation, and company policies.

The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance on labor relations, workforce planning, contractor compliance, and dispute resolution to support a productive, safe, and stable project environment.

Compensation
This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $100.00 to $110.00 per hour depending on experience.
