This Isn’t Your Typical Accounting Role
You’ll lead the finance function while working closely with senior leadership to help improve business processes, strengthen operations, and support continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys looking beyond the numbers, solving business challenges, and helping organizations operate more effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full accounting cycle and financial reporting
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage banking, treasury, cash flow, and lender reporting
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Support business operations and cross-functional initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and strategic objectives
- Champion continuous improvement through technology and AI
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and contributing beyond the traditional scope of accounting.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- CPA designation (or be nearing completion)
- Progressive accounting experience
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential
- Interest in technology, process improvement, and AI
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative mindset and desire to make a meaningful contribution
