Stacey Danley at Aplin is partnering with a growing commercial property management company to recruit an experienced Property Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized professional with commercial property administration experience and advanced Yardi expertise to join a collaborative team and support a growing portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Administer a portfolio of commercial properties using Yardi.
- Maintain accurate property and tenant records while ensuring system data integrity.
- Assist with preparation of owner reports and forecasting.
- Process tenant billings, operating cost recoveries, CAM reconciliations, and rent adjustments.
- Monitor receivables, assist with accounts payable and receivable, and investigate financial variances.
- Coordinate vendor documentation and support operational and portfolio initiatives.
- Serve as the team’s Yardi expert, identifying process improvements, supporting system enhancements, and assisting with user training.
- Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the portfolio.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years of commercial property administration experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Yardi.
- Experience with financial administration such as tenant billings and rent adjustments.
- Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes and supporting a growing business.
