What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll combine recruiting expertise with sales and relationship management to connect exceptional talent with exciting opportunities.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of highly qualified technology professionals within your assigned vertical & market.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through networking, referrals, social media, cold outreach, and direct recruiting.
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates’ technical skills, experience, and career goals.
- Developing trusted relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Partnering closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent.
- Managing contract consultants throughout their assignments, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
- Negotiating offers, facilitating placements, and helping close successful hires.
- Conducting reference and background checks where required, and coordinating interviews, preparing candidates, and providing coaching throughout the hiring process.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, competitive, and excited to build a successful career in agency recruitment. The ideal candidate is driven, resilient, and excited by uncapped earning potential.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, agency recruitment, business development, or another fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency and accountability.
- Competitive, ambitious, and highly motivated by financial success.
- Previous experience in IT recruitment or knowledge of the technology industry is an asset, but not required.
