This role is a 6 month contract and is only open to candidates currently residing in Alberta.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and implement program governance and oversight standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define program scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals and resolve any issues that arise
- Establish and maintain PMO structures, ensuring best practices and methodologies are followed
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT program and project management
- Deep understanding of project and program management techniques and methods
- Proven track record of establishing PMO and program governance in complex organizations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- PMP certification (required)
- PgMP certification
Other Requirements
- Ability to effectively navigate organizational change and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel if required
