Our client, a leader in compounding pharmacy, is looking for a Regional Pharmacy Manager located in Calgary, AB to oversee their pharmacies.
About the Opportunity
This role will oversee pharmacy operations across three locations, with direct leadership of one site and strategic oversight of the others.
The ideal candidate brings not only strong operational experience, but also a growth mindset, with demonstrated success in leading teams, managing high-volume environments, and contributing to business growth within a retail pharmacy setting.
Core Requirements
- Licensed Pharmacist (APA required, or committed to obtaining if not currently active)
- Strong pharmacy management and team leadership experience
- Proven ability to support operational excellence and team performance
- Experience within high-volume retail pharmacy environments
- Strong leadership presence, professionalism, and team-first mindset
- Positive, collaborative approach aligned with a strong internal culture
- Clear alignment with a hands-on, in-person leadership role
Nice to Haves
- Compounding pharmacy experience
- Exposure to building systems, workflows, or supporting growth initiatives
Compensation
- Estimated range: $66 – $70 per hour
- Flexibility for the right candidate
