Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines insurance professional to support a growing portfolio of VIP and High-Net-Worth clients.
This role focuses on providing a white-glove service experience to personal insurance clients connected to the brokerage’s commercial client base. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, delivering prompt service, technical expertise, and proactive insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of VIP and High-Net-Worth Personal Lines clients
- Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and complex coverage inquiries
- Conduct detailed coverage reviews and identify potential gaps in protection
- Provide concierge-level customer service and responsiveness
- Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Account Executives on shared client relationships
- Market and negotiate coverage solutions with insurance carriers
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Support retention and growth of key client accounts
Qualifications
- Active RIBO License
- Strong Personal Lines brokerage experience
- Experience handling affluent or High-Net-Worth clients is considered a strong asset
- Excellent technical knowledge of personal insurance products
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to provide immediate and professional client service
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
