We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Treasury Analyst to play a key role in managing corporate liquidity, financing activities, and treasury operations. This position offers exposure to senior leadership, lenders, and strategic investment decisions while supporting a growing portfolio of development and real estate projects.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily cash positions and optimize liquidity across the organization.
- Monitor and administer corporate and project credit facilities.
- Build and maintain cash flow forecasts, financing models, and scenario analyses.
- Support commercial mortgage financing, development funding, and capital planning initiatives.
- Conduct financial due diligence on acquisitions, divestitures, and investment opportunities.
- Monitor covenant compliance, credit availability, and interest rate exposure.
- Prepare treasury, liquidity, and financing reports for senior leadership.
- Partner with finance, operations, and external lenders to support strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related analytical discipline.
- CPA designation is an asset.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and a passion for working with data.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
