About the Opportunity
Our client is one of Canada’s fastest-growing Managing General Agents (MGAs), having doubled in size since 2020 and currently managing approximately $150 million in Gross Written Premium (GWP). They are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and tech-savvy insurance professional to join the organization as part of a long-term succession and leadership strategy.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond pure underwriting and help shape the future direction of a rapidly scaling MGA platform. The successful candidate will work directly alongside senior leadership and be groomed into a future Vice President-level leadership role overseeing Canadian MGA operations.
