Our client, a well-established professional organization, is seeking an Administrator / Compliance Coordinator to join their Continuing Professional Development team on a part-time contract basis in Mississauga, ON.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional with strong data entry, customer service, and coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

- Pay rate of $20–$22/hour, based on experience
- Part-time contract opportunity (approximately 21 hours per week)
- 1-month contract with potential for extension
- Fully remote work (occasional in-office attendance in Mississauga, if required)
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Responsibilities
- Review and process applications, education credit submissions, transcripts, and requests for special consideration
- Perform high-volume and accurate data entry related to compliance and approvals processes
- Maintain and update records within internal systems and databases
- Communicate professionally with members and internal stakeholders regarding submissions, approvals, and documentation requirements
- Ensure all information is processed accurately and within established timelines
- Prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Provide administrative support to the broader team as required
Qualifications
- College diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to understand, interpret, and work with data effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment within established procedures and guidelines
- Experience within education coordination, program administration, or college/university environments is considered a strong asset
- Candidates must be located within the GTA to accommodate occasional in-office requirements in Mississauga
