Compensation

Responsibilities
- Engage with personal and commercial clients to assess their life insurance needs
- Servicing existing clients with reviews and ongoing support
- Generate new leads through prospecting within current client networks and cross-selling
- Meet monthly sales targets, including revenue and new client meetings
- Utilize client management systems to track interactions and manage workflows
- Participate in team-based lead sharing and internal referral programs
Qualifications
- Must have LLQP license
- 1-2 years of life insurance or benefits sales experience in Saskatchewan
- Understanding of needs-based selling strategies
- Industry knowledge of philosophy and compliance standards
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a desire to succeed
- Willingness to take initiative and learn new skills
