About the Opportunity
Due to continued project growth and an active construction pipeline, our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee larger-scale residential and commercial projects.
This role will suit a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring crews, driving productivity, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising field operations, coordinating crews, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and scheduling across active projects.
The company is open to both local and out-of-province candidates and is willing to be flexible for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews across residential and commercial electrical projects
- Coordinate manpower, scheduling, and daily site activities
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high workmanship standard
- Mentor apprentices and junior electricians on-site
- Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and ownership teams
- Maintain site documentation, safety paperwork, and reporting requirements
- Support project scheduling and field problem-solving
- Foster a positive and accountable site culture
Requirements
- Red Seal ticket
- Previous supervisory or Foreman experience on residential and/or commercial projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to manage crews and maintain project schedules
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Desire to grow long-term within a company environment
- Experience mentoring apprentices is considered a strong asset
Compensation & Benefits
- $43 – $47 an hour based on experience
