What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and build meaningful relationships with new and existing customers across diverse industries.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase our range of equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and developments to offer informed recommendations.
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Represent our company at trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems, including sales activity, quotes, contacts, and follow-ups.
- Drive dealership and manufacturer market share objectives, actively contributing to our annual goals.
- Proactively follow up with sales leads from various sources, including website inquiries and manufacturing partners.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect and build trust with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant equipment and familiarity with current industry trends.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites, industry events, and occasionally overnight as needed.
- COMP – $60 – $65 K base, vehicle allowance $750/ month, Variable around $10 – $12 K, full benefits.
