Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support large-scale transformation initiatives. This is an immediate long term role and onsite position based in Winnipeg with potential for extension.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of organizational change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Assess change impacts and develop mitigation strategies to support successful adoption
  • Partner with project teams, clinical stakeholders, and leadership to align change initiatives with operational goals
  • Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and readiness assessments
  • Develop and implement training materials and curriculum to support process and system changes
  • Support the implementation of standardized staff scheduling processes across multiple healthcare organizations
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of governance frameworks and operational delivery models
  • Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to ensure successful change outcomes
  • Provide guidance and leadership to project teams on change management best practices
Qualifications
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation is required 
  • Prosci Change Management Certification (ADKAR) is required 
  • 15+ years of experience delivering organizational change management for large-scale projects involving IT systems, process transformation, or business architecture
  • 8+ years of experience in a project management or team lead capacity supporting complex initiatives
  • 6+ years of experience developing training materials and curriculum for process and system changes
  • 3+ years of experience supporting organizational change related to standardized staff scheduling across multiple healthcare organizations
  • 2+ years of experience implementing governance models within a healthcare environment
  • 1+ year of experience developing operational delivery models to improve patient access in healthcare settings
  • Criminal background is required
