- Tracking Indigenous spend and workforce metrics
- Assisting with cost reporting and financial tracking alongside the Project Manager and Accounting team
- Preparing weekly progress payment certificates (PPCs)
- Managing bi-weekly invoicing, including full backup documentation for approvals
Additional opportunity to support equipment reconciliation and other on-site financial controls as needed.
What You Bring
- Experience in project controls, project accounting, or cost control—ideally within construction, energy, or industrial projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data accurately
- Comfort working in a field-based, fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (PM, Safety, QC, Accounting)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Excel and general accounting/project tracking systems
What’s in It for You
- $40/hour
- $180/day subsistence
- $100/day truck allowance
- Opportunity to gain valuable experience on a major infrastructure project
- Exposure to both financial and operational aspects of project delivery
- Work alongside an experienced and collaborative project team
