Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist for an immediate temporary role for our downtown Winnipeg client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet staff, visitors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate individuals
- Prepare and send outgoing courier packages (Purolator and other services as required)
- Support general office management tasks, including monitoring supplies and coordinating with janitorial staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Assist with additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in an office or receptionist role
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Reliable and professional with a positive attitude
