Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a well-established boutique law firm on the search for a Residential Real Estate Paralegal. This role will support one lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on residential transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented real estate professional who enjoys managing files independently while working in a small, collaborative firm environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage residential real estate files from open to close
- Prepare and review purchase and sale agreements and closing documents
- Conduct title searches and review title insurance
- Coordinate with lenders, builders, clients, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth closings
- Review statements of adjustments and trust letters
- Manage key closing dates and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain organized file documentation and support the lawyer throughout the transaction process
Qualifications
- 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience
- Strong understanding of Manitoba real estate processes and documentation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
