Compensation
- Earn through a competitive draw salary ($60,000 – $90,000 expected salary range, commensurate with experience), ensuring stability while providing incentive for performance. Benefits include commissions on new business and renewals, annual bonus potential based on performance.

Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, referrals, and leveraging referral channels across Manitoba and other regions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions
- Manage renewals and analyze risks to optimize client and company outcomes
- Track and report sales activities to meet and exceed annual revenue goals, aiming for approximately $60,000 in revenue for senior executives
- Collaborate with account managers and support teams to ensure excellent client service and efficient workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial insurance sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of commercial risks, insurance products, and industry best practices
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Industry certifications such as CIP or CRM are a plus but not required
- Willingness to work in-office during onboarding with the flexibility to work remotely thereafter
