About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our camp-based mining operations. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing logistics activities to ensure the efficient transportation, storage, and delivery of goods. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth supply chain operations while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth supply chain operations while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Planning & Coordination
- Develop and manage logistics plans to ensure timely shipping and receiving of materials
- Coordinate and track shipments in alignment with site and customer requirements
- Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and distribution activities
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to identify and resolve discrepancies during pre-receiving inspections
- Coordinate storage solutions and manage site equipment requirements
- Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal project teams
- Build and maintain strong working relationships to support seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments, completed orders, and logistics activities
- Prepare reports on logistics performance, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities
- Ensure adherence to company procedures, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote camp environment
- Competitive compensation package: $80,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
- Fly-in/fly-out rotation
- Flights provided
