Responsibilities
- Work with onsite resident managers, caretakers and Property Manager on daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies, letters etc.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports as required.
- Maintaining accurate property management tracking sheets.
- Help organize and execute company events and meetings.
- Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate response.
- Assist with the overall operation of the office.
- Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Work with onsite property managers on daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience as a Property Administrator (Can be in strata, rental or commercial).
- Experience with Yardi software is an asset.
