We’re partnering with a large, well-established organization to hire an HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on elevating and aligning Talent Acquisition across a complex North American business. This position is located in Edmonton, and relocation assistance is available.

You’ll step into an environment with strong foundations already in place. The focus is on driving consistency, improving processes, and influencing stakeholders to move forward together. You’ll lead a growing team while working closely with senior leadership to enhance hiring practices, candidate experience, and employer brand.

This is a fully in-office role in Edmonton, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, visibility, and building strong relationships across the business.
