Project Executive – Manufacturability Center (Clean Manufacturing Projects)
Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Executive to join their growing Manufacturability Center, supporting the delivery of complex, high-value projects across specialized clean manufacturing sectors.
This is a newly created, strategic leadership role offering significant growth potential. The successful candidate will initially operate as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function expands.
This position is available in Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, and Jacksonville.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $165,000 – $200,000
- Bonus + Share Purchase Plan
- Vacation: 4 weeks
Project Scope
- Typical project value: $300M – $400M
- Key sectors include:
- Semiconductor / chip foundries
- Life sciences / pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Agri-processing
- Composites and advanced materials
- Focus on clean manufacturing and highly technical industrial construction projects
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of complex manufacturing construction projects across multiple sectors
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders
- Provide strategic input on constructability, cost planning, and execution methodologies
- Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery
- Travel between offices, project sites, and client locations as required
- Support the growth of the Manufacturability Center, including contributing to team development and future hiring initiatives
Key Qualifications
- Background in mechanical or electrical contracting strongly preferred
- Proven experience in industrial and process-driven construction environments
- Strong experience in costing and execution of large-scale, complex builds
- Demonstrated ability working with engineering-led organizations and CAPEX projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
