Our client, a well-established commercial construction company known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, is seeking a motivated Estimator to join their team.
In this role, the successful candidate will support the preparation of accurate cost estimates for construction projects, working closely with senior estimators and project managers. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam Revu, along with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
- Collaborate with senior estimators to gather and analyze project data.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam to organize and present estimate information.
- Support bid preparation, including quantity takeoffs and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and clarify scope.
- Participate in project meetings and site visits as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Bluebeam.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
