About The Opportunity
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys an Executive Assistant-style position within a legal environment. You will work directly with the Founder, managing schedules, coordinating priorities, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
In addition to high-level administrative support, you will also assist with legal documentation, file management, and client communication—making this a well-rounded role with strong development potential with opportunities for both skill and professional development.
About The Position
Our client is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support directly to the Founder in their Milton office. In this central role, you will be responsible for drafting and formatting essential legal documents, managing complex calendars, and ensuring all court filings—including electronic submissions—are handled with precision. From maintaining organized physical and digital files to assisting with docketing and billing, your work will be vital in keeping our firm’s daily operations and case management workflows running smoothly.
The Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm or similar professional services environment
- Completion of a Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant program
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with an Executive Assistant mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities and proactively support senior leadership
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and confidentiality requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working fully onsite in Milton
Compensation
- Salary range: $50,000 – $70,000, depending on experience
