We are hiring a Web Marketing Specialist to support a high-volume portfolio of websites in a fast-paced digital environment. This role is ideal for someone who can think critically, adapt quickly, and manage website updates and stakeholder requests with minimal direction.
You’ll work primarily in Drupal, collaborating with internal teams to deliver accurate, user-friendly web content while keeping up with shifting priorities and deadlines.
This is a fully remote position based in Alberta (candidate must be located in Alberta). Occasional evening availability required for scheduled website releases.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and update website content within Drupal CMS (Drupal 11 preferred), ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with brand and regulatory requirements
  • Handle a high volume of incoming ticket requests ranging from quick updates to larger webpage builds, prioritizing and executing efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Translate stakeholder requests into effective website solutions. Recommending layouts, functionality, and user experience improvements with minimal direction
  • Perform QA on website updates and releases
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, and analytics teams to support website performance and ongoing improvements
  • Monitor website health and performance, contributing to improvements in speed, usability, and conversion outcomes
  • Participate in scheduled evening release cycles to support real-time testing and updates
What you bring:
  • Hands-on experience working in Drupal (required); WordPress experience is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication. Clear, concise, and professional
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Solid understanding of website structure, UX, and basic SEO principles (no deep technical development required)
  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS and comfort navigating CMS environments
  • Experience working in remote teams and staying productive without direct oversight
  • Results-oriented mindset, able to demonstrate impact, efficiency, or improvements in previous roles
