Are you someone who knows how to turn a simple email into a lasting client relationship? Do you enjoy being at the center of growth—connecting with clients, spotting opportunities, and helping a business expand its footprint?

We’re looking for a Business Development & Client Relations Specialist to support and grow the Fpresence across Alberta. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to play a direct role in driving company growth.

This will be a 3 month contract to start with high likely hood of extension or even a permanent opportunity!

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll act as a key point of contact for clients—building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping move the business forward.

You’ll manage outbound and inbound client communication primarily through email, developing thoughtful, professional outreach that builds trust and opens doors. You’ll support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing warm leads, and re-engaging existing clients.

Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help coordinate client needs, ensure smooth communication, and contribute to overall growth strategy in the Alberta market. You’ll also track conversations, maintain accurate records, and provide insights on client trends and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is naturally proactive, highly organized, and confident in written communication.

You likely have experience in business development, client relations, sales support, or account coordination, and you understand how to build relationships in a professional, approachable way—especially through email. You’re detail-oriented, able to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once, and comfortable working in a role where responsiveness and follow-through are key.

Experience supporting a regional market (especially Alberta) or working in industries like construction, professional services, or recruitment is an asset—but not required.

Why This Role Stands Out
This is more than just a support role—you’ll be directly contributing to the company’s growth and success. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, develop your business development skills, and be part of a team that values initiative and ideas.

If you’re looking for a role where you can grow, take ownership, and make a real impact, this is it.
