Our client, a well-established insurance firm, is seeking a dedicated Insurance Broker fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to join their established team. Compensation

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business in personal and commercial insurance for Mandarin and Cantonese speaking clients
- Deliver exceptional service, guidance, and relationship management to clients in their native language
- Facilitate a smooth handover as the current account manager approaches retirement, ensuring client retention and satisfaction
- Develop tailored insurance solutions based on client needs and current market offerings
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify growth opportunities within your book of business
Qualifications
- Valid Level 2 insurance license in Alberta
- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin with excellent communication skills
- Experience managing personal and commercial insurance lines
- Strong relationship-building skills and client-focused mindset
- Self-motivated with organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous remote work experience is a plus
