About The Position
The Legal Assistant will act as a key support to the Founder, combining executive-level administrative responsibilities with legal support duties.

You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and deadlines, and serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications. The role also involves drafting and formatting legal documents, maintaining organized files, assisting with billing and docketing, and supporting overall office operations.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
