Our client, a well-established and highly respected insurance brokerage, is looking to add an experienced Personal Lines CSR to their in-office team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an assigned portfolio of personal lines clients with a high level of accuracy and care
- Process renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and billing inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist clients with claims inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout the process
- Prepare quotes and complete portal entries across multiple markets
- Work closely with producers and house accounts within an alpha-split structure to ensure seamless client service
- Maintain organized workflows and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance servicing
- Active RIBO license
- Strong understanding of personal insurance products, policies, and procedures
- Experience with EPIC is considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach
- Ability to navigate insurer portals, manage claims support, and process endorsements accurately

- Competitive base salary in the range of $60,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
