Our client, a respected and growing organization within the agricultural sector, is seeking an Ag Retail Store Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and shape the future of their retail and supply business. With a strong foundation already in place, they are looking for someone who brings vision, initiative, and the confidence to challenge ideas, improve processes, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will take full ownership of store performance—leading a dedicated team while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and strong financial results. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to influence strategy, expand market reach, and enhance the overall customer and member experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of retail operations, including team leadership, financial performance, and customer experience
- Identify and execute opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve margins, and optimize inventory
- Oversee purchasing, procurement, and inventory control to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to expand product offerings and services
- Coach and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
- Ensure smooth operations across store, warehouse, and distribution functions

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Management, or a related field is an asset
- 5+ years of experience in retail or operations management
- Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and financial oversight
- Agricultural industry experience is an asset but not required
