An expanding insurance brokerage with a strong footprint across BC is hiring a Hybrid Personal & Commercial Lines Advisor for their newly opened Langley office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a modern, high-energy environment, working closely with local business partners and dealerships.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop or expand their Commercial Lines expertise while continuing to build a Personal Lines book.

Responsibilities
•    Manage a mixed portfolio of Personal and Commercial Lines clients
•    Support Commercial Lines processes including renewals, processing, and binding
•    Handle inbound leads from dealership partnerships and walk-in clients
•    Identify cross-selling opportunities across both Personal and Commercial lines
•    Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
•    Keep accurate records using internal systems

Qualifications
•    Level 2 Insurance License
•    Experience in either Personal or Commercial Lines (with willingness to learn the other)
•    Strong foundation in insurance 
•    Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a customer-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits
•    $50,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience
•    Commission on new business (scaled based on base salary)
•    Ownership of your book of business
•    Extended health and dental coverage
•    Vacation starting at 2 weeks (negotiable)
•    Flexible scheduling across a 7-day operation
•    8-hour shifts within 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
