Outbound Sales Representative

Benefits & Perks:

• Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary.
• Competitive Commission Structure: 10k to 15k in a year.
• Please note this is a remote opportunity (Must be able to work. Mon to Fri 8 am to 5 pm PST) but must live within an hour range from the Delta BC office due to in-person meetings or tech issues.
• Vacation + Health & Dental (Including RRSP 5% Match).

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to make 50 Cold Calls per Day.
• Actively develops new customers through scheduled phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Independently moves prospects through the entire sales process from first call to sales order.
• Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients.
• Provide information about products and services, highlighting solutions that can address customer challenges.

Qualifications:

• A confident seller who can push past objections and close deals
• Experience making cold calls, B2B and closing deals over the phone is a MUST
• At least over a year of experience working in an outbound sales role is an Asset.
• Must have strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). 
• Experience with one of the following is an Asset:
  • Selling Sports Equipment
  • Selling Fitness Equipment
  • Industrial products
