We are hiring a Receptionist for our Downtown Vancouver client. Prior experience in a Receptionist role in a corporate office environment is an asset. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist works with all departments team members as part of a collaborative team-based culture. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize are required.

About The Opportunity

About The Position
- Manage the front desk, including greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms
- Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers
- Handle mail distribution, including sorting and delivering to internal departments
- Organizes catering for meetings and events
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed, including coffee and catering supplies
- Maintain hospitality areas, ensuring kitchens, meeting spaces, and coffee stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked
The Requirements
- 3+ years of reception or front-desk experience, ideally in a corporate office environment
- Prior experience in professional services, legal, public practice or financial services is an asset
- Experience managing medium to high-volume front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Annual salary range $50,000 – $55,000
- 3 weeks vacation
