Our client, a well-established and growing company based in Kingsville, ON, is seeking a Director FP&A to build and lead a high-impact FP&A function in Canada. - On-site (5 days/week) if candidate based in local Kingsville, ON or Windsor, ON.

Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of 5–7 FP&A professionals, establishing a strong Canadian finance presence
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and S&OP leadership to drive financial performance
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support supply planning, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis
- Provide actionable insights into key drivers such as yield, pricing, cost structures, and product mix
- Support sales and marketing initiatives including pricing strategy, promotions analysis, and customer bids
- Lead financial input into customer bid processes, ensuring competitive and data-driven pricing recommendations
- Analyze weekly and monthly financial results, investigate variances, and deliver clear business commentary to senior leadership
- Validate financial data across systems and ensure alignment between reporting, forecasts, and operational performance
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times, delivering high-quality analysis for strategic decisions
- Play a key role in ongoing organizational transformation and FP&A process improvements
Qualifications
- CPA designation required
- 5–7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience
- Proven experience building, managing, or scaling high-performing finance teams
- Strong background in financial modeling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis
- Experience of working in large, complex organizations (e.g., manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, or similar industries)
- Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver insights with limited information
- Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency (experience with tools like Anaplan, NAV, or BI tools is an asset)
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S.
