The Senior Project Manager will lead and coordinate municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage municipal infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion
- Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Support business development efforts and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Mentor, guide and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Ensure technical excellence and compliance with regulatory, safety, and contractual requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline; preference for P.Eng. designation
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in municipal infrastructure related to Sewer/drainage, Roads, and/or Wastewater
- Proven experience working with local developers, as well as municipal and provincial entities in Manitoba
- Strong technical knowledge in engineering design, construction practices, and project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
- Proficient in proposal writing and business development strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
