Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across insurance brokerage operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and refine policies, procedures, and best practices to boost efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor KPIs, track performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise department heads and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, oversee technology systems, and optimize workflow platforms.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to uphold high standards of client service and resolution times.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and managing contracts, licenses, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- CAIB Level III designation required.
- 7+ years of progressive operations experience within insurance brokerage.
- Proven leadership in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments with a track record of process improvement.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools, CRM systems, and workflow software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
