Our client, a respected and long-established insurance provider with decades of experience serving communities across Manitoba, is seeking a Personal Lines Regional Lead to support branch operations and team leadership. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including staff scheduling and workflow coordination
- Provide training, mentorship, and development support to Personal Lines and Autopac Insurance Advisors
- Participate in recruitment and performance discussions with HR and leadership
- Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and care
- Monitor production reports, track receivables, and ensure adherence to company processes
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and success
Qualifications
- Must have valid Level 2 General Insurance License
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising or managing staff in an insurance environment
- Hands-on experience with Personal Lines and Autopac
- Proficiency in industry platforms such as EPIC, IWS, MPI Autopac
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coach team members, manage priorities, and deliver results
- Must be able to travel across Rural Municipalities, South of Winnipeg (within 30 minutes of drive)
