We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join a dynamic corporate commercial and securities team in their Vancouver office. About The Opportunity
This Legal Assistant position provides hands-on experience in corporate commercial and securities matters, offering a variety of administrative and trust-related responsibilities. The role is ideal for someone looking to further their legal support career within a high-performing team, with opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and exposure to complex legal transactions.

About The Position
The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to lawyers, paralegals, and other legal assistants. Key duties include editing and formatting documents, managing files and calendars, coordinating trust transactions, preparing closing documents, and performing general office administration. The role reports to the team lead in the Vancouver office and requires strong independent judgment while working collaboratively in a team setting.

The Requirements
• Graduate of a recognized Legal Assistant or Paralegal program
• Minimum 4 years of experience in any law practice area (corporate commercial/securities experience is an asset)
• Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to follow instructions from multiple lawyers and staff with minimal supervision
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment

Compensation
• Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year
