Our Developer client are looking to add a Residential Leasing Specialist to their growing team! You will be responsible for the full leasing cycle for a Residential new build in Surrey.

Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective tenants and respond to any inquiries/questions
- Conduct showings of vacant units with prospective tenants
- Conduct move in and move outs
- Market and advertise units
- Inspect units and prepare for showings
- Draft residential leases
- Confirm and process rental applications
- Collect fees, such as security deposits
- Prepare monthly leasing status reports
- Oversee lease amendments
Qualifications
- 1+ years of full cycle new development lease up experience
- Strong understanding of the BC Residential Tenancy Act
- Willing to work on some weekends
