Required Skills
- Admission to the Ontario Bar (or eligible for admission).
- Minimum of 2+ years of practical experience in tax planning, ideally with exposure to M&A and corporate transactions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle complex legal issues with precision and professionalism.
Nice to Have
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian tax regulations and M&A transactions.
- Clerkship experience with Canadian Tax Court.
- Familiarity with broader tax disciplines or related legal areas.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Completion of the in-depth taxation course or M.Tax an asset.
