Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a remote long-term contract opportunity with our Government client based in Winnipeg. This term is expected until March 2027 with potential of extension to June 30, 2027
The Business Analyst will have Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification and a minimum of 10 years of experience implementing information system projects in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.
- Provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Qualifications
- Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification
- 10 years’ experience in a business analysis role leading and documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment.
- 10 years’ experience as a senior lead business analyst implementing projects in healthcare environments. Activities should include facilitating requirements sessions and workshops with clinical stakeholders.
- 5 years’ experience implementing the Altera Sunrise suite of products in a clinical environment.
- 5 years’ experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHRs) in a clinical environment, including mapping requirements to configuration changes.
- 3 years’ experience as a business analyst responsible for planning and deploying the technical devices, workstations, printers and infrastructure involved in an EHR implementation in a clinical setting.
- Criminal background check is required.
