Responsibilities:
- Manage 50 to 75 existing surety accounts with a focus on construction, contractors, and other businesses
- Handle technical submissions and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Foster strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist in developing strategies for account growth and risk management
Qualifications:
- 1 to 5 years of surety underwriting or brokering experience
- RIBO license (or willing to obtain)
- Knowledge of contract and commercial surety bond markets
- Bright, high-energy attitude with the ability to work at a fast pace
- Strong technical skills with detail-oriented execution
- Epic experience is an asset
