Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with a Winnipeg-based company to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk for an immediate term role.

- Immediate temporary hire Accounts Receivable Clerk position.
- Convenient location in downtown Winnipeg.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal and external customers and vendors
- Review and reconcile daily sales reports for accurate coding and update Excel reports
- Data entry of customer account information
- Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and staff
- Issue and process charge cards for customer accounts and maintain accurate account records
- Resolve account discrepancies and ensure account reconciliations are accurate
- Assist with collections on overdue accounts
- Assist with various administrative and accounting projects as required
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Accounting
- One plus years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience using Yardi is an asset
- A criminal background check is required
