Our Winnipeg-based client has partnered with Stacey Danley, Senior Partner, on the search for an energetic and organized Administrative Assistant. Working as the right-hand to the Office Manager, this is an ideal opportunity for an administrative professional looking to gain experience running a professional office.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and direct client questions
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with general bookkeeping and payroll administration
  • Manage schedules and book meeting rooms
  • Ensure adequate office supplies are ordered
  • Draft correspondence, create spreadsheets, and update presentations and reports
  • Manage couriers and filing
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a related post-secondary program is required (Business Administration, Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeping)
  • A high level of proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A 'no job is too big or too small' attitude with the goal of ensuring the smooth operation of the office
  • Previous office experience would be a strong asset 
  • Experience in a construction or engineering firm would be an asset
Please note this is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday role. Office hours are 8:30 am-4:30 pm.  Note: The office is located on the far south-west side of Winnipeg and so no bus service is available. Reliable transportation is required.
