We’re partnering with a well-established material handling organization in Winnipeg that genuinely lives a people-first philosophy, taking care of its employees, customers, and partners for the long term. This is a company that believes strong relationships, integrity, and teamwork drive sustainable success.

They’re looking for an Equipment Sales Representative who enjoys building trusted relationships, solving real operational challenges, and growing a territory through thoughtful, consultative selling. If you take pride in your work, value collaboration, and want to represent a brand that stands behind its people, this could be a great fit.

The Role
This is a relationship-driven B2B sales position focused on selling material handling equipment to customers across a range of industries. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their operations, recommend the right solutions, and support them from initial conversation through delivery and beyond.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by experienced leadership, strong internal teams, and proven systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and grow a portfolio of customers through proactive business development and long-term relationship building
  • Identify new opportunities, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored equipment solutions
  • Deliver professional product demonstrations and sales presentations
  • Respond promptly and thoughtfully to inbound leads from the website and manufacturing partners
  • Maintain accurate, timely activity, opportunity, and account updates in the CRM
  • Collaborate with service, parts, and operations teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Contribute to annual market share objectives and dealership growth goals
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed
  • Act with urgency, professionalism, and integrity in all customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within equipment, industrial, or material handling environments
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills — you’re comfortable talking to everyone from operators to executives
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through consultative selling
  • Organized, self-directed, and disciplined with CRM and follow-up
  • Curious and solutions-oriented, with the ability to learn technical products and apply them to real-world challenges
  • Comfortable working independently while being an engaged, collaborative team member
  • Willingness to travel locally, with occasional overnight travel as required
Why This Opportunity
This organization truly invests in its people. You’ll find a supportive culture, leadership that values trust and transparency, and a long-term mindset that prioritizes doing the right thing — for customers and employees alike. If you’re looking for more than just a quota, and want to build a career with a company that puts people first, this role offers that opportunity.
