Our client, a trusted brokerage with a thriving book of business, is seeking a motivated and personable Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Mississauga. What you’ll need to succeed:
- At least 2 years of personal lines insurance experience in a brokerage setting
- RIBO license
- Strong knowledge of personal lines underwriting and coverages
- Proficiency in Epic and/or Compuquote (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated problem solver with limited supervision
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Nice to have:
- Experience uploading and processing new business and policy changes in carrier portals
- Familiarity with social media communications for client engagement
- Experience working with premium comparison reports and renewal analysis
Other requirements:
- Comfortable working in-office in Mississauga five days a week
- Ability to handle high-volume client interactions via phone and email
- Willingness to support the team and participate in special projects as needed
