As a Personal Lines Advisor, you will be the trusted go-to expert for clients seeking home insurance solutions, working in a dynamic and supportive environment at the partner realtor’s office. The realtor has a strong market presence in Vancouver and are bringing the number of leads for home insurance policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a Personal Line book of clients, focusing on high-value home insurance
- Manage the inbound leads for home insurance sales coming in from realtor partners
- Handle inbound inquiries via email, phone, and in person, providing expert advice and support.
- Manage the complete policy lifecycle within Applied TAM, including quoting, binding, payments, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and document management.
- Participate in outreach and marketing initiatives, both online and in-office.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, warm, and consultative approach.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Canadian personal lines insurance brokerage, with strong TAM or EPIC portal experience
- Broker License Level 2
- Fluent in English
- Experience with client-facing roles and consultative sales.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, go-getter mindset.
- Competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (PR or citizenship).
Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000 based on your experience
