Salary: $80,000
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Marketing Leader to lead and execute marketing efforts across a group of operating companies in recycling, trucking (auto shipping), storage, and shipping containers. This role owns the full marketing function end to end — from strategy through execution — with the opportunity to build and scale a team over time.
This role is suited for someone who is both creative and detail-oriented, understands how marketing drives revenue, and is confident owning results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead all marketing channels, including print media, visible/outdoor advertising, events, performance marketing, content, and community initiatives
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth
- Manage social media, performance marketing, content creation, sponsorships, radio advertising, and community events
- Oversee marketing initiatives across multiple companies and industries, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
- Understand customer journeys and sales funnels, and optimize marketing efforts to support conversion and revenue
- Analyze performance, track results, and continuously optimize campaigns
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all marketing materials and initiatives
- Build, delegate to, and manage internal or external marketing resources as the function grows
- Collaborate closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing with business objectives
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Broad, well-rounded marketing background across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals, customer behavior, and sales-driven marketing
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Confident decision-maker with strong ownership and accountability
- Creative mindset paired with strong organizational and execution skills
