Join a well-established organization based in Mississauga, ON, currently seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to support their finance team during a busy year-end period. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with strong potential for extension, ideal for an analytically minded AR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits & Perks
- Contract Length: 3-month contract to start, with potential for extension
- Compensation: Approximately $26.00 – $31 per hour
- Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office (Mississauga)
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end accounts receivable functions, including billing and invoicing
- Reconcile AR accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Analyze AR data sets to identify issues, trends, and variances
- Work with JD Edwards ERP, Excel, and POS systems to manage AR activities
- Support the team during peak year-end close activities
- Collaborate closely with the AR Manager and broader finance team
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong experience with billing and account reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets
- Experience with JD Edwards ERP (strong asset)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
